Corrections, editorial questions, data and methodology questions, and general feedback all come through the same channel. Every report gets a written answer that says what we checked and what we did about it — including “nothing, here’s why.”

We read every response to published work that comes to us.

Point us to the figure and the source it comes from — we'll walk through it.

What's clear, what's not, what's missing.
Response time
Corrections get priority. Everything else is answered within the same week, and in the order it arrives. We publish corrections in place — the original text isn’t quietly replaced.
